An amazing personal journey to the home and heart of yoga. From Goa to Kashmir, the Parvati Valley to Mcleod Ganj and the natural wonders of Himachel Pradesh, it was a colourful adventure full of inspiration, challenge, movement into unknown territory, fresh knowledge and new friends! A life changing and culturally rich experience indeed!
