Rachel’s yoga classes are very enlightening. She brings everybody in the room together to feel open and welcome. Each practice is well thought out with a variety of poses that tie into a unique focus that flows through the class. Rachel connects with her students, learning their skill levels and guides them through their practice. I absolutely love Rachel’s yoga classes, she’s has such a wholesome and beautiful energy that she spreads throughout the room and I would recommend her classes to everybody no matter your skill level.

As a senior who is not in the best shape I’ve really appreciated her listening skills, as well as her willingness to customize my sessions to my particular needs.
